Here is your reward from God when you prayer fast on your sabbath day of rest. We are going through the list of rewards promised to those honor the day of rest with Jesus.

Isaiah 58:14 "Then you will take delight in the LORD, And I will make you ride on the heights of the earth; And I will feed you with the heritage of Jacob your father, For the mouth of the LORD has spoken.”

THEN you will delight in God. Everything is boring without Jesus. Jesus is not boring. You will delight to be in His presence. What is better than that?

THEN you will ride on the heights of earth. You will rise above your problems. Jesus takes you up to places that have a greater view. You will be more aware of what is going on around you. You can see farther. You can see where you are going.

THEN you will be fed by God with the heritage of Israel. There are promises and prophecies given long ago that are for you in Jesus. Jesus will show you these promises to encourage you and give you spiritual food to live life in Him.

It is the declaration of the Lord God. For the mouth of God has spoken.
