We are talking about the true fountain of eternal life.

John 4:14 “but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him shall never thirst; but the water that I will give him will become in him a well of water springing up to eternal life."

The Holy Spirit that Jesus gives you will be like a fountain of eternal life. The world seeks long life and wants to live forever, but through some other way without Jesus. Jesus tells the woman at the well that He has water that will last forever. How do you know you will live forever after your physical body dies? Jesus gives us God the Holy Spirit to live inside us forever. Eternal means forever. He lives and moves inside us forever. We have a relationship with Him forever.
