3: Father and Son inside

John 14:21  “He who has My commandments and keeps them is the one who loves Me; and he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and will disclose Myself to him.”

If you keep Jesus’ commands does that prove you love Him? Yes, but be careful. The religious thought they were keeping Jesus’ commands but deceived themselves. They added, subtracted, and modified His commands. They even loved the commands more than Jesus, the One who gave the commands. Make sure you aren’t deceived.

If you love Jesus, will God the Father also love you too? Yes, God the Father will love you too.

If you love Jesus, will Jesus love you too? Yes. Jesus will love you and reveal Himself to you as well.

John 14:22-23 “Judas (not Iscariot) said to Jesus, ‘Lord, what then has happened that You are going to disclose Yourself to us and not to the world?’Jesus answered and said to him, ‘If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our abode with him.’ ”

Will Jesus reveal Himself to anyone in the world who chooses to love Him? Yes. If anyone decides to love Jesus, He will reveal Himself to them.

Will God the Father also love anyone in the world who loves Jesus? Yes.

Will God the Father and God the Son also live inside anyone in the world who loves Jesus? Yes. God the Father and Jesus both will make their home inside anyone who loves Jesus.

John 14:24-25 “He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you hear is not Mine, but the Father's who sent Me. These things I have spoken to you while abiding with you.”

What happens to anyone who will not love Jesus? They won’t be able to obey Jesus.

Are the words Jesus is speaking also God the Father’s words? Yes.

John 14:26 “But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you.”

Will God the Holy Spirit teach you and help you remember what Jesus has said? Yes.

The strongest foundation. In conclusion, with God the Father and God the Son and God the Holy Spirit living inside you forever, your inner fortress has the strongest foundation. This fortress is offered to anyone in the world who chooses to love Jesus.

Prayer coaching: Pray in your mind and talk with God the Father, and God the Son (Jesus), and God the Holy Spirit. All three are living inside you if you love Jesus. They know all your thoughts and the thoughts that come from other sources. They will reveal themselves to you because you love Them.

Prayer: “Thanks to You, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit for living inside me forever. Don’t be silent in my mind. May Your voice be the loudest voice in my mind. Make it clear to me when You are speaking in my thoughts.”

Ask the Holy Spirit to help you remember what Jesus has spoken for you, so that you can obey Jesus more effectively. Ask the Holy Spirit to teach you all that you need to know for each day.

Prayer: “Holy Spirit, today encourage me and please remind me what Jesus has spoken for me. Teach me today.”
