Introduction: If you take Jesus’ offer, God the Holy Spirit will live inside you and know you personally, but there is more. Jesus also offers Himself and God the Father to you. We will talk about and explain what your relationship with Jesus and God the Father will look like if you take Jesus’ offer.

John 14:21-23  “He who has My commandments and keeps them is the one who loves Me; and he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and will disclose Myself to him. Judas (not Iscariot) said to Jesus, ‘Lord, what then has happened that You are going to disclose Yourself to us and not to the world?’Jesus answered and said to him, ‘If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our abode with him.’ ”

John 14:24-26 “He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you hear is not Mine, but the Father's who sent Me. These things I have spoken to you while abiding with you. But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you.”

Jesus will reveal Himself to those who love Him. If you take the offer, you enter into the agreement when you love Jesus and obey Him. So many will declare the words and pray the “sinner’s prayer,” but that is just a declaration of what you want to do. The real change is a change of heart. Jesus is evaluating your heart to see if you love Him. He knows your heart and your motives and your thoughts. You might already love Jesus even before you pray a prayer to declare your love. Jesus also evaluates your actions to see if you love Him. if you love Jesus, your actions will prove to you that you do. Then Jesus gives you another proof that you love Him when He reveals Himself to you. The truth has always been there, but now you can see Jesus for who He really is. He reveals Himself to you. He removes the veil you placed over your eyes, and now you can see clearly.

Anyone in the world has the opportunity. One of the disciples thought Jesus was only offering the relationship with them. He asked Jesus why He was revealing the truth of who He is just to them and not to the rest of the world. Jesus clarified that what He just declared to them is also for the entire world to hear. If anyone loves Jesus and obeys Him, God the Father and Jesus will love them and Jesus will reveal Himself to them.

Jesus and God the Father will come and make Their home inside you. God the Father and Jesus love you. They don’t want a long distance relationship with you. If you take Jesus’ offer, you won’t even have to go down the street to a sanctuary or temple to be with Them. They will make their home inside you. Your body becomes the dwelling place for you and God the Father and Jesus and the Holy Spirit. Your body is still fallen. It’s not changed yet. You will still make mistakes. Even if you make mistakes, Jesus and God the Father and God the Holy Spirit will still love you and are still there inside you forever. Your mistakes will grieve God who always lives inside you. God sees it all from right inside you. They hear your thoughts and know your intentions. They also speak to you from the inside.

If you don’t love Jesus, this happens. You won’t be able to obey Jesus’ words. Your other loves will take over. Jesus declared that these words of His are also God the Father’s words. Everything Jesus says is also what God the Father says. Many times I have had conversations with people who think they can follow God and not follow Jesus. If you try to follow only God the Father, He will tell you to love and follow Jesus. Once you read these statements from Jesus you are responsible for them. Jesus is speaking for all to hear. He didn’t hold back the truth.

In conclusion, this is your strong fortress inside. With God the Father and God the Son and God the Holy Spirit living inside you forever, your inner fortress has the strongest foundation. This fortress is offered to anyone in the world who chooses to love and follow Jesus. And so that you don’t have any reason to worry, the Holy Spirit will teach you all the things God wants you to see. The Holy Spirit will remind you of what Jesus has said.

Prayer coaching: “Jesus, I have decided to love You with all my heart. Thank you for loving me. I want You to live inside me forever. Thank You, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit for living inside me forever. Open my mind and heart to see You clearly. Jesus reveal Yourself to me. Don’t be silent in my mind. May Your voice be the loudest voice in my mind. Make it clear to me when You are speaking in my thoughts. Holy Spirit teach me all things. Remind me of what Jesus has said.”
