Matthew 6:6b “…close your door…”
Confront what holds you back when you try to pray. This brings great rewards. As soon as you try to close out all the noise, you’ll notice what really is coming against your mind.
There can be thoughts that accuse you of things, or you might hear thoughts of your past mistakes. You can shut the door on these thoughts.
Humble yourself and ask Jesus to forgive any mistakes you’ve made and, forgive those who have wronged you. As you pursue to hear God in your thoughts, He will begin to set you free from the things, that distract you or put you down.
If you are curious for more, read 2 Corinthians chapter 4: verses 1 to 6 and 2 Corinthians chapter 10 verses 3 to 6.
Prayer coaching. Jesus, shut the door on the distractions that, come against me when I want to talk with You.
