We are talking about how we confront God and complain about Him not hearing our prayers when we fast, but we don’t want to hear His answer to our complaints. He does answer our complaints.

Isaiah 58:4 "Behold, you fast for contention and strife and to strike with a wicked fist. You do not fast like you do today to make your voice heard on high.”
Fast with the right motive. You humbled yourself. You fasted. You say God didn’t hear because nothing changed. You fasted to win a conflict. You fasted to get back at someone. You fasted because of disagreements. You had the wrong motive. Fast and pray the way God tells you, and He will hear you and take action.
Fasting includes prayer. You went without food, but didn’t actually pray. You won’t be heard if you just fast and don’t actually pray. Fasting includes prayer. Fast and pray the way God tells you, and He will hear you and take action.
Prayer is talking with God. It’s a dialogue between you and Him. Fasting is a temporary surrender of something to focus on prayer with God in order to see a desired result. Pray the way God tells you, and He will hear you and take action.
Prayer coaching: “Jesus, Help (me) to fast and pray with the goals You want for (me). Help (me) fast and pray so that You hear my prayers and answer me.”
