verse 16a

James 5:16a  “Therefore, confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another so that you may be healed.”

Confess your sins with the ones you’ve sinned against.  Ask for forgiveness, because forgiveness can heal a person of many things.

Jesus wants you to be healed, and the ones you’ve sinned against to be healed. You’ll probably need to ask Jesus for the strength to do this.
