verse 3

John 14:3  "If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself, that where I am, there you may be also.”

So, Jesus will come for you. This life on earth that we suffer in is not the end. Take Jesus at His word. He says He will come for you personally. What a difficult and beautiful day that will be.

Jesus will also receive you to be where He is forever. For all eternity you will be with Him in His presence, and His Spirit will continue to live inside you forever. You won’t be left to travail somewhere outside of heaven away from Jesus.

Prayer coaching. Jesus, thank you for securing a place for me in God the Father’s house. When I die, come and receive me to Yourself and bring me to God the Father’s house in heaven.
