John 14:8 Philip said to Him, "Lord, show us the Father, and it is enough for us."
You can easily guess that Philip couldn’t imagine, that the man in front of him was the exact representation of God the Father. How could you look at Jesus and be looking at God the Father?
Philip basically asked Jesus to prove it to all of them by just showing them God the Father. That’s all they needed to believe what Jesus was saying.
