Men and women should submit to Jesus as the head of His church, then serve one another the way Jesus tells them.

Ephesians 5:23b. “…as Christ also is the head of the church, He Himself being the Savior of the body.”

Husbands are to be responsible for the health and direction of the marriage, at the same time Jesus is the head over all the men and women of His church body.
