Isaiah 58:7b “and bring the homeless poor into the house.”
Well, the burden is lifted and the strength of sin is broken. But, what about shelter? When freedom from the weight of sin comes, what follows is a need to be sheltered in the family of Jesus.
This is also the prayer fast God chooses, that you bring them into the family of Jesus. The goal of God is to permanently join others into His household.
He doesn’t want them to go right back to evil, for lack of spiritual family. And, it’s also true that you should share physical housing if they have need.
