Isaiah 58:7d “and not to hide yourself from your own flesh?”
Well, the burden is lifted and the strength of sin is broken. But, what about their impossible or difficult condition? You are not to turn away from someone in an impossible or difficult situation.
There seems to always be one family or one person that makes the church feel like they are being drained of all their resources. For some reason it feels like they never have what they need.
Don’t run from them, or pass them on to somebody else. Don’t send them away. Ask Jesus to show you how to fast and what to pray, in order to bring them relief.
