John 5:30 "I can do nothing on My own initiative. As I hear, I judge; and My judgment is just, because I do not seek My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me.”
Jesus doesn’t initiate anything by Himself, but always initiates with God the Father. They basically, work together in everything.
Jesus hears everything, and He is all knowing. There won’t be a need for lawyers and detectives. As the highest authority, Jesus will present the whole truth, and nothing will be hidden from Him.
As the judge of all things, His judgment is just because Jesus knows everything, and only seeks to obey God the Father. Jesus won’t do His own thing, but will always seek to do what God the Father decides.
