John 5:41-42 “I do not receive glory from men, but I know you, that you do not have the love of God in yourselves.”
Only God can see into a person’s heart. Jesus knows your heart, your motives, your love, or lack of love for God. They didn’t truly love God, and couldn’t hide it from Jesus.
You can fool people around you, but you can’t fool Jesus. He doesn’t force anyone to love Him. Love has to be freely given. So the real question is, are you willing to freely love Jesus?
